The Feast wins Special Jury Prize at Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival

"The Feast," an Indian production, won the Special Jury Prize in the international competition at the recent edition of the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. The film portrays the courageous stand of a fisherwoman against a powerful local politician. Through a feast featuring an unforgettable secret dish, she confronts the politician, aiming to save her dying lake.
Among the 133 short films featured across the festival's three competitions—national, international, and Labo—this standout entry was selected from a pool of 9,400 submissions.
