    Hjonabandssaela won the Icelandic Academy award (Edda Award) for best short film in 2015.

    "The Way Out" dominates the Czech Critics Awards

    For the 5th time, the Czech Critics Awards (their own Oscars or Cesars) took place in Prague, live on Czech Tv 2. Alongside with 13 other movies, The Way Out was nominated for some of the 8 categories.

    But this mighty film "took all" by winning the most conveted prices:

    Best film, Best Director and Best Screenwritter for Petr Vaclav, Best Actress for Klaudia Dudova;Congratulations to all of "The Way Out" crew !

    The Way Out triumphs at CinEast film festival Luxembourg

    The Grand Prix was awarded to The Way Out by Petr Vaclav. The president of the jury Sergei Loznitsa : "We all agreed that this film is a great portrayal of the desperate fight of a smart and loving woman who is driven by her needs for independence and justice. We appreciated the direct and realistic way of filming, as well as the nuanced precision of the acting."
